Job Description
This South Coast Oregon community is seeking a Hospital CRNA excited to step into an impactful role within a highly collaborative Anesthesia Services Department. The Hospital CRNA will join a team that values clinical excellence, steady communication, and a genuine commitment to patient safety.
This nonprofit, 200-bed acute-care facility is recognized for patient safety and offers a strong clinical environment where a Hospital CRNA can truly practice to the full breadth of their skills. The Hospital CRNA will report to a respected anesthesia leadership team that encourages autonomy and sound clinical judgment. The role works closely with surgeons, obstetricians, emergency physicians, and nursing staff in a seamless, team-based model. The Hospital CRNA will also collaborate with skilled anesthesia colleagues who contribute to a cohesive and supportive department.
The Hospital CRNA will support a wide range of anesthesia needs across general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, and additional specialties. This includes obstetrical anesthesia for the Family Birth Center, procedural sedation for areas like Endoscopy, and trauma or emergency response cases when needed. The anesthesia group is known for being close-knit, professional, and steady under pressure, giving the Hospital CRNA an excellent team dynamic to thrive in.
The Hospital CRNA will deliver anesthesia care in accordance with Oregon practice standards, supporting clinical quality, patient safety, and consistent communication with all members of the surgical and procedural teams. The Hospital CRNA will also contribute to clinical decision-making, help ensure appropriate pain management strategies, and uphold Medical Staff bylaws regarding anesthesia practice. Administrative responsibilities may include participation in department meetings, maintaining privileges, and supporting operational goals that enhance service delivery.
