Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required.

This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse with Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience, specializing in ambulatory and endoscopy care.
The role offers a contract position based in Putney, VT, focused on providing exceptional post-procedure support and patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and care for patients recovering from sedation or anesthesia in an ambulatory surgical setting
• Assess patient conditions frequently, managing pain and complications
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and recovery status
• Uphold safety and infection control standards specific to endoscopy and PACU protocols
Qualifications:
• Current RN license with PACU experience strongly preferred
• Skilled in patient assessment and post-anesthesia nursing care
• Ability to respond rapidly to patient needs and emergency situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced settings
