
House Supervisor Registered Nurse Full-Time Day Shift in Del Rey Oaks, CA
Job Description
The House Supervisor Registered Nurse is a full-time, 0.9 FTE position working weekday and weekend day shifts.
In this vital role, you will coordinate and lead daily hospital operations, acting as the go-to leader for all supervisor functions. You will mentor nursing staff on your shift, fostering problem-solving, assertiveness, and leadership skills. Collaborating closely with Nurse Managers, you will assist with staffing needs and crisis management, ensuring smooth operations and patient care. As a key member of the leadership team, you will initiate disaster preparedness plans as necessary.
The ability to communicate effectively, handle crises, and maintain follow-ups with department managers and staff are crucial skills for this position.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Your pay will be within the range of $55.36 - $87.40, and additional compensation opportunities, including shift differentials and overtime, may be available.
