Responsibilities
• The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations and overall problem solving.
• In addition he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors clinical staff in the provision of quality care.
• I n the absence of the Health Center Administrator the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call.
• The House Supervisor reports to the Director ordesignee.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• BSN required
• 4- Year Degree
• KSBN -KS RN Licensure
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• 4 years staff nurse experience
• Computer literate skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Job Requirements:
• Advanced Degree
• MSN
• ACLS
• 1-2 years of management experience
