Qualifications
• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Hold current BCLS certification or acquire it within the first month of employment.
• Experience: Maintain foundational responsibilities of the RN role and consider progression through the clinical advancement program.
• Licensure/Certification: Hold a valid registered nurse license in Connecticut; clinical specialty certification is highly encouraged.
