
ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) - $20,000 Sign-on Bonus in Bonner-West Riverside, MT
Job Description
**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) to join our team at Community Medical Center. As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families. **Responsibilities:**
• Utilize the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to discharge or transfer
• Provide expert care and education to patients in the critical care setting
• Act as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel
• Knowledgeable in all procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents related to critical care
• *Qualifications:**
• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
• ACLS required within six months of hire
• Two (2) years of nursing experience required
• BSN preferred
• Experience in critical care preferred
• Previous experience with IntraAortic Balloon Pump, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
