Job Description
NEW ICU RN Opening - Central Florida
Join a high-acuity ICU team in a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This 48-bed unit offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across a variety of critical care scenarios, including cardiovascular, neurological, and emergency cases.
Available Shifts:
• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)
What You ll Do:
• Deliver evidence-based ICU nursing care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety
Qualifications:
• 1+ year recent acute care RN experience (strong Med/Surg considered)
• Active RN license (state-specific or multistate compact; must transfer within 60 days if relocating)
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BLS (within 30 days) and ACLS (within 30 days)
• TNCC or CCRN (Adult) required within 1 year
Compensation & Incentives:
• Salary: $30 $45/hr (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10k for Days / $15k for Nights
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
