Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience in ICU settings
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

• Must reside within 75 miles of Cicero, IL; local candidates preferred
• Night shift availability: 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in varied ICU units
• Float as required among ICU units and medical-surgical floors, demonstrating flexibility and expertise
• Engage in a structured orientation and precepting week on day shifts to ensure smooth transition
• Maintain accurate documentation via Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Schedule Highlights:
• Night shifts only, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed 36 hours weekly
• Work every other weekend, totaling approximately two weekends per month
• Rotation time-off policy: up to 5 days off, with restrictions around holidays and weekends to ensure staffing continuity
