ICU RN - Mountain Home, Arkansas in Mountain Home, AR

Join a specialized ICU team providing comprehensive care in a 17-bed Medical/General ICU and CSICU setting. This role supports a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics, focusing on cardiovascular and vascular interventions. The unit features advanced technology and therapies, including intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), ECMO, induced hypothermia, and Impella Heart Pump management. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients post cardiovascular surgeries and various interventions • Monitor and manage advanced life support devices and therapies • Collaborate effectively within a professional and cohesive multidisciplinary team • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in continuous quality improvement Qualifications and Experience: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred • Current RN license in Arkansas or Compact State in good standing • Minimum three years of ICU nursing experience; CRRT experience preferred • BLS certification required; ACLS certification within six months of employment • Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency Schedule: • Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Location: Mountain Home, AR offers a welcoming community environment with access to natural beauty and outdoor activities.
