• Perform continuous monitoring and assessments to detect changes in patient status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols and physician orders
• Utilize critical thinking and advanced clinical skills to respond effectively to patient emergencies and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and nursing interventions
Qualifications and Experience:
• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon application
• Proven experience as an RN in an ICU or Critical Care Unit setting
• Valid Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certification required for ICU-CCU roles
