ICU RN - Superior, Arizona in Superior, AZ

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced ICU nurse to support critical care services in a well-equipped medical center located in Superior, AZ. This contract position requires a dedicated registered nurse with strong ICU skills, capable of delivering high-quality care under diverse situations and occasionally floating to medical-surgical units. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Current ICU nurse with active RN licensure • ACLS and BLS certifications required • Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred • Ability to float to Med Surg units when necessary • Willingness to take 24-hour call shifts as part of the assignment Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Participate in required call shifts, providing clinical support when on call • Flexibly adjust schedule within RTO limits and facility policies Contract Details: • Location: Superior, Arizona • Contract assignment with specific requirements: • Flu vaccination mandatory with no exceptions • Must live more than 100 miles from the healthcare facility • Limited to no more than 3 requested days off over 13 weeks • Facility may cancel shifts up to three times during the contract term • Additional call responsibilities incorporated About the Location:Superior, AZ, is a scenic town known for its rich mining history and close-knit community.
