Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including those with STEMI, hypertensive crisis, chest pain, and postoperative care for vascular surgeries. • Perform specialized procedures such as transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), bedside bronchoscopy, targeted temperature management (TTM), and ECMO support. • Maintain accurate electronic health records using Cerner charting system. • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to uphold a nurse-to-patient ratio that ranges from 1:1 to 3:1, depending on patient acuity. • Flexibly float to support critical care areas as needed. Qualifications: • Current RN license with ICU experience. • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS. • Skill in managing complex cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. • Ability to work every other weekend and float across critical care units. • Strong communication and clinical judgment skills.
