Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Location: [City, State or Facility Name if available] Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Assignment Type: 13-week Contract / Travel Compensation: $2,100 - $2,200 per week (estimated total package) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Critical Care Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment. The Float RN will provide high-acuity care across multiple critical care units, including ICU, Step-Down, and Telemetry, depending on facility needs. The ideal candidate is confident in managing complex patients, demonstrates clinical flexibility, and thrives in fast-paced hospital environments. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients. • Float between designated critical care areas (ICU, Step-Down, Tele, etc.) as assigned. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. • Administer medications, infusions, and manage advanced life-support equipment. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards. • Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, recovery, and discharge plans.
