Job Description
A company is looking for an RN Medication Management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess patient refill medication requests
Collaborate with patients, providers, and pharmacies to ensure appropriate medication protocols are followed
Evaluate patient charts to determine the appropriateness of refill requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Two years of patient care experience within the last four years
Current state RN license
Proficiency in Microsoft software
Experience in acute or ambulatory clinical settings is preferred
