Job Description
A company is looking for a Virtual Weight Management Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telehealth patient care both synchronously and asynchronously via an app
Manage a panel of up to 250 patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team
Implement evidence-based treatment strategies and create lasting relationships with patients
Required Qualifications
Current PA-C or NP license in Illinois
Current DEA license in Illinois
Ability to work autonomously and with a diverse patient population
Experience in obesity medicine or a related background is a plus
Experience with telemedicine and remote care is advantageous
