Job Details: • Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week • Weekly Pay Rate: $2320- $2520 0Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and management to the nursing staff. • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. • Oversee patient care planning and ensure quality standards are met. • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel. • Monitor and maintain nursing budget, supplies, and resources. • Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN). • License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of nursing management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting. • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required. ACLS preferred. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
