Why does the job exist? This position will provide direction in development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and survey of the following agency/hospital programs: Education, Environment of Care/Safety and Quality Reporting. How does it get done? This position will provide training to agency staff in all special skills and knowledge related to listed programs and other designated agency regulatory topics and clinical competencies. Who are the customers? This position works closes with all staff, departments, Department of Health and the community. Ideal Candidate This position works closes with all staff, departments, Department of Health and the community. Minimum Qualification Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico, or eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New Mexico requirements, or eligibility for a temporary license issued for employment at a specific institution in New Mexico and three (3) years of experience as it pertains to the essential duties and responsibilities of the classification. Employment Requirements Must successfully complete and pass a background check. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office and acute care facility with extensive computer and some phone usage.
