We are currently seeking an experienced Rheumatology Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized, compassionate care in our infusion center. This is a part-time position offering the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that delivers great patient care and treatment in a supportive environment.
This position is initially for 1 day/week (Monday) with plans to add an additional day in the future.

What You'll Do:
· Safely and effectively administer infusion therapies for rheumatologic conditions.
· Provide comprehensive patient and family education on treatment plans, side effect management, and supportive care.
· Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
· Closely monitor patient symptoms and respond promptly to changes in condition.
· Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
· Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CT.
· Minimum of 1+ years of RN experience. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
· Outpatient oncology infusion experience is required (minimum 1-2 years if no BSN).
· Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
· Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
· Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
