In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to practice at the top of your license, utilizing your psychiatric and chemical dependency nursing skills to provide direct care to our clients, both individually and in group settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Act as a role model and mentor for fellow staff members.
• Guide and participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
• Preferred experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current RN License in Connecticut.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, leadership, and delegation skills.
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
