Work Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, ensuring quality and compliance with guidelines for hospice services.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to develop tailored care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and implement care delivery effectively.
• Mentor and support newly hired nurses, sharing your expertise as a professional role model.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
• One (1) year of acute care experience in the last three (3) years preferred.
