As a Registered Nurse, you will practice at the top of your license, utilizing research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. Our Graduate Registered Nurses will receive clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities throughout the Nurse Residency Program. Your role will involve:
• Demonstrating clinical competence through the nursing process
• Establishing a strong nurse-patient relationship
• Assessing and identifying patient needs
• Creating and implementing patient care plans
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred)
• Current Connecticut RN license
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPI certification within 90 days of hire
