Inpatient Surgical RN– $15K Sign-on Bonus

Healthcare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Panama Cityemployer recognized for excellence in stroke, cardiac, and pediatric care. This opportunity cares for post-operative and higher-acuity patients, making it an excellent fit for RNs who enjoy acute clinical work.

RNs on this unit work in recently updated medical/surgical spaces, supported by modern monitoring tech, standardized post-opworkflows, and an integrated EMR streamlining documentation and handoffs, all while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of the Panama City Beach coastal community.

Compensation
• Base Pay of $30/hr – $44/hr+ (DOE) + Hourly Differential of $4 – $5.25/hr (Depending on shift)
• $15K Sign-On Bonus!

Shifts Available
• Full-Time Nights (36 hrs/week, 3x12s)

Daily Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult medical/surgical patients through comprehensive assessments, autonomous clinical decision-making, and individualized care planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advocate patient safety, deliver high-quality care, and educate and support patients and families throughout their stay.

Qualifications
• Active and Unencumbered license in Florida as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 1 year of licensed Registered Nurse experience
