Responsibilities Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring full-time Intake Counselors to work in our admissions department. Shifts available -Evening and Overnight are 5 eight-hour shifts per week. Per Diem Staff also needed for all shifts. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered for Full-Time Hires!! Job Role/Responsibilities:The Intake Counselor, under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, interviews and assesses potential patients and inquiry callers.The Intake Counselor works with the Business Office regarding patient financial data, as well as with the UR Department for the certification of patients admitted.Also initiates the referral and admission process by determining appropriate level of care needs in conjunction with the physician/provider.The Intake Counselor is also responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with referral sources.Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 40 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues.
