ICU / Cardiac Critical Care RN – Travel | 12‑Hr Days | New Mexico
Are you an experienced ICU or Cardiac Critical Care RN looking for your next high‑acuity travel assignment? We’re seeking a strong clinician who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is ready to make an impact.
📍 Location: New Mexico (floating required within 20 miles)
⏱ Shift: 12‑Hour Days | 3x12
📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks
⛑ Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
✨ Position Highlights
• Provide high‑quality, patient-centered care in a cardiac critical care and/or ICU setting
• Float between departments and nearby locations as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely, and effective care
• Complete nursing responsibilities including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation
• Supervise LPNs and unlicensed staff as required
🔍 Required Experience
• 2+ years recent experience in a 12+ bed ICU or cardiac critical care unit
• Must have completed at least one 13‑week travel assignment
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑acuity environments
Preferred Experience
• Open-heart, LVAD, or balloon pump
• EPIC (training provided if needed)
🎓 Education
• ADN or ASN required
📄 Certifications & Licensure
• Active New Mexico RN or Compact License
• BLS & ACLS (AHA, American Health & Safety, or Red Cross)
• NIHSS
• Must pass BCA arrhythmia testing during week 1 (required to remain on assignment)
• Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
