Location:
Egg Harbor Township, NJ, a welcoming community on the Jersey Shore, offering a balance of suburban living and access to coastal recreation. Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience as an RN in PCU and ICU settings
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified through the American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Fully vaccinated against Flu and COVID-19, including at least one booster
Schedule:
• 36 hours per week, nights
• Every other weekend (EOW) commitment
• May float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as census dictates
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, with flexibility to support PCU patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using critical care protocols and equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards
• Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
