Provide critical care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) services in a dynamic healthcare setting. Schedule/Hours:
• 36 or 48 hours per week
• Floating between units/facilities within a 35-mile radius
• Floating assignments based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity
• Advance notice provided prior to shift when floating is required
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU settings
• Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adapt to floating assignments across various units to meet patient care demands
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience:
• Registered Nurse licensure (RN) with ICU nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity patients
• Flexibility to float across different units and facilities as needed
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
