Intensive Care RN | Reno, Nevada in Golden Valley, NV

A specialized opportunity is available for a registered nurse with intensive care expertise to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This position involves working 12-hour day shifts, with a schedule requiring weekend availability and flexibility to float across units as needed. Commitment to a full schedule through late January and early February is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt to floating assignments within the critical care environment to meet patient needs
• Maintain strict compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active RN license with ICU experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP as required
• Proof of immunizations including MMR and Varicella, or valid declination documentation
• Negative TB test results
• Completion of drug screening and background check
• Flexibility to meet compliance standards within two weeks of starting

Contract Details:
• Type: Per Diem contract, approximately 26 weeks
• Start Date: Mid-January
• Full compliance required for continuation after initial start period
