Job Description
Providing expert critical care in a dynamic intensive care environment, this nursing role calls for a versatile Registered Nurse skilled in multiple ICU specialties. The position involves caring for patients across various ICU disciplines, including Obstetrics (OB), Cardiac ICU (CICU), Surgical ICU (SICU), Medical ICU (MICU), and Pediatric ICU (PICU), demanding a broad and adaptable skill set.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current New Mexico or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an ICU setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse critical care patient populations

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients within a multi-specialty ICU
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies with skill and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
• Uphold patient safety and comfort while managing complex clinical interventions
Schedule:
• Night shifts, 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
