An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in ICU care to provide critical support during night shifts. This position involves working 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, and is well-suited for nurses who are comfortable with a focused schedule and keen on working with diverse patient populations. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and communication. • Adhere to trauma Level III protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. • Manage critical interventions and respond promptly to emergencies during the night shift. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active RN license with ICU specialization. • Minimum experience working in an ICU setting, preferably with exposure to trauma patients. • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems, particularly Cerner. • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work autonomously during night hours and maintain high standards of care.
