An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide specialized care in a dynamic critical care setting. This contract position offers a night shift schedule and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in an intensive care environment. Location: This assignment is located in Woodville, Mississippi, a charming town with a rich history and proximity to natural beauty along the Mississippi River. Responsibilities: • Administer comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. • Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and manage life-support equipment. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and update patient care plans. • Document patient progress and respond promptly to emergencies. • Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a safe environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Valid RN licensure with ICU nursing experience. • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required or must be obtained within the first three weeks on assignment. • Ability to work night shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM. • Candidates must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility. • Professional appearance with royal blue scrubs as required.
