Job Summary: As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate and comprehensive treatment. Working collaboratively with medical providers and members of the care team, you will provide individualized care, serving as an advocate for patients and their families.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or functions as directed by medical providers, documenting care accurately in patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring they fully understand their health status.
• Advise on lifestyle changes and non-medicinal follow-up measures that promote long-term health.
• Integrate evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize, evaluate, and deliver holistic treatment plans that foster patient recovery.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
