Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit Location: Ocala, FL Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends Required) Compensation & Incentives • Hourly Pay Range: • $30.60/hr (minimum) • $38.25/hr (midpoint – approx. 8 years of experience) • $45.90/hr (17+ years of experience) • Night Differential: $4.25/hr • Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr • Sign-On Bonus: • $10,000 (Day Shift) • $15,000 (Night Shift) Facility Overview A well-established acute care hospital in Ocala, Florida is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join its critical care team. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center and the region’s only Comprehensive Stroke Center, offering a wide range of advanced clinical services including cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedic, robotic, bariatric, emergency, and rehabilitation care. Position Summary The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates high-quality, patient-centered care in a 48-bed Intensive Care Unit. The RN practices within the professional standards of critical care nursing and collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
