• Gross Rate up to $5,061 per week

Responsibilities
Manage activities, workflow and resources of assigned nursing travelers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for their assigned team.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services.
• Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve and monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Preferences
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
• Previous perianesthesia RN experience strongly preferred
