As an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing various imaging procedures in our Radiology Department. Job Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care throughout all phases of invasive radiology procedures: pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure. • Demonstrate advanced patient assessment skills across all body systems including neurological, cardiac, and pulmonary. • Administer conscious sedation and manage sedation recovery phases, using appropriate reversal agents and airway recovery techniques. Qualifications: • Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. • Active RN Connecticut State License. • Strong cardiology and critical care background with at least 2 years of ICU RN experience. • Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience is preferred. • ACLS certification is required.
