IV Therapy, Wellness & Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) Chesapeake Express IV Wellness & Aesthetics Annapolis, MD | In-Clinic & Mobile Services Full-Time (36 hours a week) | Part-Time (24 hours a week) Chesapeake Express IV Wellness & Aesthetics is a rapidly growing, physician-directed IV therapy, weight loss, and wellness clinic seeking an experienced, patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) with exceptional IV skills to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a dynamic, wellness-focused environment, values clinical excellence, and is excited to grow with an expanding practice. Key Responsibilities • Perform IV therapy, injections, and wellness treatments according to established clinical protocols • Independently start IVs with a high success rate, including patients with difficult venous access • Conduct patient intake, vitals, health histories, and nursing assessments • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments; identify and respond to adverse reactions • Provide weight loss services support, including: Patient education on GLP-1 medications and weight management programs. Ongoing monitoring, check-ins, and client education per protocol • Educate patients on therapies, aftercare, wellness plans, and lifestyle support • Administer aesthetic services within RN scope and completed training (injectables, laser, skincare services as applicable) • Maintain strict infection control, sterile technique, and safety standards • Accurately document all care in the electronic medical record • Support membership education, enrollment, and retention • Deliver a calm, confident, and professional client experience • Adapt to evolving protocols, services, and workflows as the clinic grows Required Qualifications • Active, unrestricted Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license • Outstanding IV skills required (10/10 proficiency expected) – confident with difficult veins – minimal sticks, strong success rate – able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Prior IV therapy experience required • BLS certification required • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Professional appearance and bedside manner • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and expand clinical skillset • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with change in a growing practice • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team • Genuine interest in IV therapy, weight loss, wellness, and aesthetics Note: IV skills and clinical competency may be assessed during the interview or onboarding process.Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Performance-based bonuses and commission on memberships and services • Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities • Flexible scheduling options • Supportive, team-oriented work culture • Tips given often but should not always be expected for this role Schedule • Variable schedule based on clinic needs and patient volume • Some evenings and/or weekends may be required Why Chesapeake Express IV Wellness & Aesthetics • Modern, wellness-focused clinic environment • Strong emphasis on patient safety, quality care, and professionalism • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding, innovative practice Apply via Indeed or submit your resume directly to be considered.
