About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager to provide 24/7 leadership and operational oversight of the L&D unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Manage staffing, workflow, patient experience, and unit performance
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership on quality initiatives
Requirements:
• BSN required
• Current Nevada RN license
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 1–2 years of progressive nurse leadership experience
• ACLS, NRP, and BLS required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communicator, proactive leader, patient-centered, and skilled at team development.
