Location: Westport CT Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $41-$50 per hour Schedule: Flexible four days a week with two weekend days a month Your Role Overview As a Lead Registered Nurse, you will spearhead our medical operations, providing both clinical guidance and strategic business direction. You will oversee safety and compliance, nurture the nursing team, and ensure our medical services deliver safe, effective, and transformative results for clients. Key Responsibilities • Medical Expertise • Deliver exceptional nursing care and expert guidance to clients. • Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with professionalism. • Provide prescriptive recommendations in line with client wellness goals. • Training, Safety & Compliance • Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols. • Educate front desk staff on medical services to improve client support. • Ensure adherence to all medical, safety, and regulatory standards. • Medical Performance • Drive revenue in the medical department through strategic and sustainable practices. • Collaborate with the GM to develop and implement services that align with studio objectives. • Monitor medical KPIs and revise processes to meet targets. • Studio Leadership • Work with the GM and leadership team to integrate medical services seamlessly into operations. • Manage staffing and scheduling for medical coverage effectively. • Exemplify servant leadership, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. Qualifications • Active, unencumbered RN license (required). • Current BLS certification (required). • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar). • At least 1 year of experience administering IV/injections. • Leadership or management experience preferred. • A strong passion for wellness and patient care. • Excellent mentoring and coaching skills. • Ability to multitask and stay organized. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. • Commitment to compliance and ongoing learning. • Willingness to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
