Responsibilities • Oversee and guide the daily operations of the team while providing limited hands?on clinical duties • Address clinical and administrative concerns, ensuring compliance, safety, and standardization • Achieve and maintain Twin's service care goals and clinical standards, monitoring team performance against SLAs and targets • Guide the development and communication of nursing policies and procedures • Support recruitment, training, and mentorship of the team • Manage and achieve key performance indicators for the team and Twin service outcomes • Collaborate with cross?functional team leads and act as a representative for initiatives and projects • Collect data and insights to inform decision?making processes • Encourage member self?care management through clinical judgment and data analysis • Monitor individual members' health conditions, lab reviews, and medication management • Work closely with nurses, health coaches, providers, and operations teams to create a seamless member experience • Provide timely feedback on member care and resolve escalations or issues • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality as per federal law and Twin policies • Prepare and analyze reports, identifying trends and concerns • Engage in ongoing education and performance improvement activities • Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications • Currently active and unencumbered RN license • Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience, including 3 years in a leadership role • BSN from an accredited nursing school • Enthusiastic about adopting new technologies and integrating data into patient care • Proven ability to manage large caseloads in a fast?paced setting • Proficient in navigating various electronic documentation and business tools • Comfortable with ambiguity and change • Self?motivated and results?oriented • Quick learner with strong organizational and detail?oriented skills • Able to effectively handle competing priorities with diplomacy • Collaborative and respectful in working with clinical hierarchies • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Passionate about Twins mission to transform lives by empowering individuals to reverse, prevent, and improve chronic metabolic diseases Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this role is $90,000$112,000 annually.
