Your Responsibilities as a Lead RN Nursing Manager: • Oversee and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards. • Manage daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: • Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing. • At least two years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is strongly preferred. • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality care. • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is an advantage.
