Key Responsibilities Complete brief mental health assessments and triage for adolescents, young adults, and families via telehealth Determine clinical fit, risk level, and appropriate next steps for families Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and support clinical administrative work as needed Required Qualifications Master's degree in a clinical discipline with at least a provisional license (LMSW / LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, or equivalent) 8+ years of relevant patient experience or equivalent performance 2+ years of post-degree clinical experience Experience conducting brief assessments and / or triage, ideally in a remote or telehealth setting Comfort navigating changing workflows in a scaling organization
