SEEKING FULL-TIME LPN Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Are you a compassionate LPN looking for a rewarding role where you can truly connect with your patients? We are currently seeking a skilled LPN to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in enhancing our residents’ daily lives, helping them maintain their independence and vitality. As an LPN, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Position Highlights: • Collect, report, and document patient data; observe and communicate changes in condition to the RN. • Contribute to individualized patient care plans by establishing goals and developing interventions. • Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians. • Communicate essential patient data to the RN and/or physician. • Monitor and supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. • Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and maintain accurate drug counts. Qualifications: • Must be a graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program. • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license from the State Board of Nursing is required. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. • Verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and company policy. • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
