Department Details Shift: 6pm - 6am Enjoy a rotating schedule with weekends and holidays. Night shift (6pm - 6am) and weekend shift differentials available. Job Summary As a Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Your role will encompass: • Applying nursing principles to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of residents. • Administering medications and treatments as ordered, and documenting all relevant interactions and outcomes. • Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care. • Communicating clearly with residents and their families regarding treatment plans and preventative care. • Contributing to assessments and proposing solutions during emergent situations. Qualifications • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; an associate degree is preferred. • Must have a valid, unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges. • Completion of a pre-licensure nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan. • Commitment to ongoing education and competency training as required by the facility.
