Job Description
An opportunity is available for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in home health care. • Strong clinical assessment and meticulous documentation skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct home visits safely and on schedule
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload effectively
