<p><strong><em>As the Licensed Nurse, you will:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work in collaboration with the RN to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan</li>
<li>Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients</li>
<li>Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system</li>
<li>Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork</li>

<p><strong>Experience to Deliver on our Mission:</strong></p>

<li>Current Vocational/Practical Nurse License, valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance</li>
<li>One year experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting required. Home health experience preferred</li>
