Available Positions:
Full Time for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts
Base pay: $32.48 - $33 / Shift differentials up to $42.00 an hour
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing the implementation of individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as required
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in the delivery of care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
