Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.Perform a variety of tasks, including:Acute and chronic disease management.Medication management and administration.Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes.Developing tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans.Post-surgical rehabilitation.Educating patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.Pain management and wound care.Qualifications: Unencumbered Florida LPN License (required).Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).IV Certification (required).Experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred).Strong assessment and care planning skills.
