Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt (40 hours per week)Locations: Split between Brooklyn Park and Spring Lake Park

Your Role
As an LPN at Suite Living Senior Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll work closely with a caring team to promote health, comfort, and dignity for every resident.
What You'll Do
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate on personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and creativity.
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new team members.
What We're Looking For
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Current Minnesota LPN license (required).
• Experience: Prior Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred - but we'll train the right person!
