Douglas Manor is a 90-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to come join our team!
Sign On Bonus: $5,000.00 (FT) $2,500.00 (PT )

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) Responsibilities
• Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
• Must have a valid CT LPN or RN License
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• CPR, ACLS or BLS Certification

As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
