Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Night Shifts Location: Riverfront Recovery Center – North Georgia Schedule: Full Time | Three 12-Hour Night Shifts (Monday–Friday) Industry: Behavioral Health / Substance Abuse Treatment Pay Range: $30.00 – $41.00 per hour (based on licensure and experience) About Us Riverfront Recovery Center is a state-licensed residential treatment facility supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. We offer medically supported withdrawal management and trauma-informed clinical care in a healing, structured environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated PRN Night Shift LPN or RN to provide oversight and support during overnight hours when client safety and monitoring are essential. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care and medication administration during overnight shifts • Perform frequent client monitoring, withdrawal assessments, and documentation • Respond to urgent medical concerns or behavioral escalations promptly and professionally • Maintain a safe and supportive environment during nighttime hours • Ensure thorough shift handoff communication with day-shift clinical staff • Support client wellness and stabilization in accordance with individualized treatment plans • Uphold infection control standards and maintain accurate EHR documentation • Utilize trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques when needed • Maintain professional boundaries while fostering dignity and trust Qualifications • Active Georgia LPN or RN license in good standing • Experience in behavioral health, detox, or mental health preferred • Familiarity with MAT protocols (Suboxone, Vivitrol) beneficial • Current BLS certification required; CPI or crisis intervention training preferred • Strong overnight assessment and crisis-response skills • Reliable, independent worker comfortable with reduced staffing levels at night • Proficient in EHR documentation preferred Schedule • PRN • Occasional flexibility based on client needs is appreciated Shift Differential • Weekday Nights: +$1.50/hour • Weekend Nights: +3.00/hour Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay based on licensure and experience • Mission-driven culture and career development opportunities Work Location On-site at Riverfront Recovery Center – North Georgia Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
