Your Role:
Full-Time Positions Available for All Shifts.
Base Pay: $32.48 - $33, with Shift Differentials up to $42.00 an Hour!
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass:
• Administering medications and treatments based on healthcare provider directives
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Guiding and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing excellent patient care
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
